Welcome! My name is Angelina (she/her), and it's been my honor to work with people recovering from eating disorders and related issues for the past twelve years. I am committed to providing warm, responsive, and competent care, which means having a deep knowledge of the clinical evidence base, as well as a fat-liberationist, LGBTQ+ affirming, antiracist, and disability-justice approach to healing.
As an integrative, relational therapist, I utilize Family-Based Treatment (FBT), exposure and other behavioral therapies, emotionally-focused therapies, mindfulness, self-compassion, parts work, and somatics. And importantly, we'll find laughter where we can!
In addition to the spectrum of eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns, I work with anxiety, depression, developmental and complex trauma, and relationship challenges. I have a particular specialization in chronic illness and disability, and a focus on working with Jewish clients and families.
